Returns

Erste Venture wants you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Kindly contact us at operationerste@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your items if you wish to return the item. We will issue you a Product Return Confirmation Email. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organize a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products returned are:
- Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging
- Undamage
- Returned within 7 days of delivery from the date of the Product Return Confirmation Email
- In a 100% saleable condition upon return
Refunds and exchanges will be to the initial value of the goods, not including freight, unless it has been our error.
Erste Venture can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Products purchased at another retail outlet will not be accepted.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of the item sent back to us for exchange. Please pack the item properly to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit and return your merchandise and insure it with a reliable courier company.
We put our best effort to remain the original packing by putting. We apologize that it’s not refundable if the package box is damaged but inside is not.

Erste Venture reserves the rights to charge a re-stocking fee if above returns guidelines are not met. But to maximize customer satisfaction, Erste Venture will very much appreciate that you can contact us at operationerste@gmail.com if there’s any returns once received of merchandise purchased.
Refunds
We can process a refund, either by:
- crediting your credit card, ipay88 or bank account that made the original purchase
- or providing a credit voucher which can make a re-purchase at operationerste@gmail.com and is valid for the next 30 days
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:
- a damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and postage charges
- a product that you no longer wish to purchase, only the total purchase price after deduction of courier fee can be refunded.
- a product that you no longer wish to purchase or not under our error will only be refunded for credit voucher for re-purchase and valid for the next 30 days.
Exchanges
You can exchange ordered product for another product, so please email us at operationerste@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. Please be noted that courier fee will be borne by customer.
Refunds and exchanges can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified.

Once we have received your first item, we will advise you of the postage charge for the second item before posting it.

*Please allow 5-7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit. Erste Venture reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all above guidelines have not been met.*
